GIDC will create Mail Relay profile as per your order subscription on GIDC Mail Relay setup.
Customer would need to specify with the Static IP of the mail server from where Relay servers need to accept the mails from.
After completing the setup, GIDC shall provide the requisite details (SMTP IP and settings brief) for you to make these changes at the customer end.
This service can be availed in minutes by just assigning our SMTP server IP’s in your mail system outbound settings after provisioning confirmation from GIDC.
Service can be available irrespective of what mailing application you are using provided the same is SMTP enabled.
Note:For availing these services customer should have his server with a public static IP.
