SBO Max is a bundled service from Reliance Data Center, designed to offer hosting solutions for SAP Business One application with affordable price. This is intent to make SAP Partner to meet the secure, scalable and reliable hosting service need of SMB and SME.

There are five plans available as of now i.e. SBO Max5, SBO Max10, SBO Max25, SBO Max50 and SBO Max100 based on maximum number of users that can be supported by offering dedicated setup with each plan. For ex: SBO Max100 indicates the plan that is suitable for 100 concurrent users or less.

SBO Max plans offer,

• Ready to go live high-end servers for hosting SBO application with Win2003/Win2008 enterprise Operating System, MS-SQL 2005 Database and thin Client Application installed.
• Vulnerability Assessment and Operating System hardening before implementation.
• Virtual firewall on Reliance’s core Firewall infrastructure.
• Network based IPS service and Host based Anti virus on Application & Database server.
• Real-time backup service at a specified frequency of D.I.W.F (Daily Incremental Weekly Full).
• Monitoring & Maintenance tool Application & Database server.
• Enabled concurrent user via thin client application for enabling the users to access SBO application
• Huge Internet bandwidth for effective data transfer.
• Unlimited Backup and data transfer
• Providing Co-location service in tier 3 data center at Mumbai.

As the setup and services are outsourced to Reliance Data center premises, the SMB has no upfront risk of making the exercise for SAP Business One application set up management and establishment requirement. This facilitates the SMB to make faster implementation decision on SAP Business One application. As a hosting service provider, we will manage the total CAPEX.

Yes, SBO Max reduces the cost on manpower needed to acquire the similar expertise offered by Reliance Data Center. Outsourcing the IT (Information Technology) infrastructure management of SAP Business One application hosting to Reliance Data Center experts allows organizations internal IT resources to focus their time on core competencies, higher priority projects and strategic services. This saves cost of hiring skilled manpower and retaining them. Reliance offers the state-of-art managed services as a part of SBO Max solution.

Yes, SAP Business One application hosting in Reliance Data Center will enable the end customer to have the hot back up of the Database ensuring no loss of information in case of any hardware and system failure. These backup service as part of SBO Max also relieve them of retaining IT and security specialists with deep skills such as high availability operations, performance optimization, information security, disaster recovery and business continuity.

The ERP customer will get the Reliance IT infrastructure services for hosting the SAP Business One application and SAP Partner will implement the SAP Business One license with customized services as required by end customer.

SAP Business One application hosted with reliance on dedicated setup is accessible from anywhere on browser-based system via thin client installed on server at Reliance Data Center. So, there is no need for any installation on end user/client machines.

Yes, very much. An apple to apple comparison done for services offered has found the services offered by Reliance is minimum 20% to 30% less costlier than that is offered by various partners and Data center operators. The product include end to end services needed for SAP Business One APPLICATION hosting including servers, Operating System, RDBMS, managed services like security, monitoring, backup and data transfer.

Yes, by outsourcing, SMB will safeguard against the challenges to meet the obsolescence management for hardware and other services offered for ERP application hosting. The data center operator ensures the scalability and availability of services for contract period ensuring setup obsolescence cost manageable for SMB on hosting model. All AMC for services will be managed by Reliance data center.

The ERP application and database servers are hosted under Reliance data center are managed by process mentioned as per ISO 27001 certification. All security procedure is implemented for secure physical access and access for system by authorized team only. SAP Partner manages data access; the Reliance IDC will not have any access to User database. The entire application database will be in the custody of SAP Partner.

Yes, If SAP Partner looks for services that are not met by plans on offer then a customized solution with applicable offer can be addressed.

The SAP Partner once access the business requirement of customer chooses the offered SBO Max plan (customized in case of specific customers needs) and sign up with Reliance IDC. The Reliance IDC provides the live servers for SAP Business One application, thin client and DB servers with OS, DB and all managed services. This ready to deploy servers are then handed over to SAP Partner to implement ERP application on it and decides the roll out date for customers.

This also saves on cost of implementation on partner’s end.

Yes, on case-to-case basis Reliance can offer the customized offerings with applicable prices where the services required by the customer is not different from SBOMax bundled services.

To onboard the SBO Max services SAP Partner/ end customer has to subscribe and submit duly filled Customer Registration Form (CRF) provided by us.

Here are five basic plans as offered under SBO Max umbrella based on users, In case SAP Partner wants to upgrade plan for more users then SAP Partner can sign a new CRF by deactivating the old subscription CRF and implementation date of the new services will be enabled along with new billing cycle. The one time set up fees will be payable for every new subscription done.

The SAP Business One application hosting with Reliance Data center eliminates the computer hardware and platform software components (such as relational databases, operating systems, security appliances, maintenance management tools, etc.) and reduce the overall implementation time, lower the probability of project delays and implementation failure risk.

Yes, the SBO Max ready plans for user based options enable the SAP Partners to reduce on incurred time and technical issues associated with the installation and configuration of data center services, hardware servers, platform software and related computing hardware. The expertise of Reliance Data centre team enables the faster deployment of SAP Business One IT infrastructure system implementations resulting in a reduced SAP Business One application implementation period. This enables the end customers to bring ROI more effectively and efficiently.

For SAP Business One customer the SAP Partner is the touch point and as needed the partner will call back the customer support at Reliance to resolve the problem identified if it is related to IT infrastructure services.

After registering with Reliance IDC for SBO Max product the customer will receive the service provisioning questionnaire (SPQ) to be submitted back to Reliance provisioning team. After getting SPQ accepted the date of server readiness will be informed to customer or SAP Partner for implementation of SAP Business One application on servers.
