The diagram above illustrates the working of the Monitoring Service. Whenever any customer avails Monitoring services, Reliance IDC install agent software on each node of the customer that is to be monitored. Monitoring server monitors the health of the customer assets and sends alerts to the customer whenever any failure/incident happens. These alerts are stored in the databases and reports are prepared weekly or monthly basis which customer can view through the log in console provided to the customer.
